ABOUT ME

 Hi, I'm Natasha Hansen.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer with over 11 years of experience. I'm a mom to two amazing, grown women, and a proud grandma.


My fitness journey started with my own personal transformation. At my highest weight, I was 220 pounds, and I knew I needed to make a change. I changed my eating and the way I saw food, committed myself to the gym, and hired myself a coach.


That experience changed my life.


It showed me how powerful the right guidance, support, and self accountability can be. That's what inspired me to be a trainer. I know that learning a new way of doing things is a challenge, but with the right set of skills and abilities, anything and everything is possible. 


I've been training as a body builder since 2016 and have competed in numerous National competitions. Fitness is deeply personal to me, and I am passionate about helping others discover their strength, confidence, and potential amongst themselves. I specialize in personal training plans that are designed to fit each individual's goals and lifestyle. 


My focus is strength and mobility training, and my coaching style is high-energy with a little bit of tough love. I have worked with people from all different backgrounds- from busy moms rebuilding their strength, to older adults focused on staying mobile. And am willing to help anyone ready to build real muscle and to give you the confidence to try, and the personal strength to succeed.


This is exactly why I want to open a gym in a small town. I want to take everything I have learned in my own journey and my years of experience to share and give back to a community that may not always have access to this kind of support. I want to create a space where people feel welcomed, guided, and empowered to change their lives- just like I did. I believe my purpose is to become the fullest expression of myself and to help others do the same.
